Good morning Jets parents!

Thursday is our first home meet! Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer- we really appreciate it! Here are the positions we still have open: Head Clerk of the Course, Stroke and Turn Judge, and a Timer. I have added the descriptions of the jobs below and also how to sign up for them. To sign up for a job:

Step 1- Navigate to our website (https://jcc-jets.swimtopia.com/ ) and go to the “Meets and Events” page.

Step 2- Select “Sign Up Calendar”

Step 3- Select a meet

Step 4- Select “Job Signup” (if you have not logged in, the website will ask you to login).

Step 5- Select “Sign up for Jobs” under your name

Step 6- Select the job you wish to sign up for

Step 7- Click “Save Assignments”.

Head Clerk of the Course: Head Clerk of the Course organizes the swimmers by heat. No previous experience is needed.

Stroke and Turn Judge: Observes swimmers in the water and ensures all stroke rules and regulations are followed. Please watch the stroke and turn judge tutorial before arriving at the meet. Stroke and Turn Judge Tutorial

Timer: (2 per lane) At the beginning of the meet, timers will receive a timesheet. Using stopwatches, they stand at the end of the lane to clock and record times.
