With our second week of practice behind us, we've got some more updates for you in this email! Please make sure to read through everything as it covers information for both precompete and competitive information! 

🎉 We had a great turnout for our first meet on Thursday! Many team records were broken, and several swimmers had a wonderful debut in their first meet! Thank you again to all of our volunteers; we could not have done it without you! 

🎗️ Ribbons will be available for pickup on Friday this week. In order to get a ribbon, you must place in the top 8 of your event! Results are attached. (In the original Jets Week 2 email sent through accrisoft, we mentioned Wednesday would be ribbon pickup day. Unfortunetely, ribbon labels at local stores are out of stock, so we needed to order some more. We apologize for the inconvenience!).

👕 We have a lot of old Jets merchandise to give away this week! Come to a table we'll have set up by the lifeguard station and pick out some old (but clean and in new condition) Jets shirts! 

‼️ Please make sure you frequently check out the team website and have updated your team account for the 2025 season. If you are reading this email, that does not mean you are updated for the 2025 season. You will need to login and re-register on our team website to do this. New team members will follow the same link attached below, and create a new account (registration on the team website is $0). 🏪 Our online store is up and running (and restocked)! If you have not ordered a team suit, now is a great time! Online Store Link: https://jcc-jets.swimtopia.com/ -- The custom caps form has been closed. We will let you know as soon as the caps arrive! If you ordered a cap back in March, keep in mind, all of the orders were gathered and simultaneously placed this week. Unfortunately, this is the only way Swimoutlet will let us do this. 

📢 PRECOMPETE will be having dive practices on Tuesday nights and Wednesday mornings in the outdoor pool (depending on space). If you want your swimmer to have plenty of block and start time make sure to come on those days. If you can't make your assigned practice (morning or evening), please let Coach Susie know ahead of time so she can check if there is space for you. 

🔊 This week's second competitive swim meet information: Please arrive at the pool no later than 5:00pm for check in. Warmups will begin promptly at 5:15pm, and the meet will start at 6:00pm. Heat sheets will be available onsite, however, it is recommended to view it on the swimtopia app, or download it and print it yourself to bring. Don't forget to look over our swim meet guide on our website! The sign up deadline is Wednesday. June 11th! Don't forget to volunteer if spots are available!

Important note on relays; please make sure to check out with a coach before you leave the meet to ensure you aren’t in any relays. There are two relays this meet!
