Good afternoon, Jets!!
We had a great first home meet! Thank you to those who volunteered to help the meet run. We couldn't have done it without you! Your weekly roundup for this week includes reminders for All City, Ribbons, the calendar for next week, our pizza party, and more!
🏆 Please make sure to declare whether your swimmer is available to swim in the All City Meet on July 10th! Even if you don't think they will make it, if they are available, sign them up! Undeclared athletes will not attend the meet. Attached are the current standings of swimmers as of meet #3. If your swimmer is ranked in the top 5, I strongly recommend putting All City on your calendar. Email me if you have any questions. More details to follow.
🎗️Ribbons from Meet #3 are ready for pickup before and after practice this week! They will also have a J Jets water bottle sticker included with your ribbons!
🍕 We will be having our end of the season pizza party on July 7th at 5:00pm. We will provide pizza, snacks, drinks, and a fun time in our outdoor pool! Kids will receive certificates for completing the season, and we will send off our All City Team! More details to follow.
📅 There will be
no practice on July 4th, or July 5th. Enjoy the long weekend next week!
🕡 The entry deadline for Thursday is tonight. Email me if you have trouble with entries.
📅 For our fourth meet this Thursday, please arrive at the pool no later than 5:00pm for check in. Warmups will begin promptly at 5:30pm, and the meet will start at 6:00pm. Heat sheets will be available onsite, however, it is recommended to view it on the swimtopia app, or download it and print it yourself to bring. Don't forget to look over our swim meet guide on our website!

⚠️ Important note on relays; please make sure to check out with a coach before you leave the meet to ensure you aren’t in any relays. There are two relays this meet!
🧢 Custom Cap order #2 has been placed and the caps are en route. I am hoping they will be here this week!
🌊 We have our fourth Fun Friday practice this coming Friday. All groups will practice at 8:00am. Join us for some games, slides, and treats!
Next week, we will have our Fun Friday practice on Wednesday (Wacky Wednesday).
🕸️ Please make sure you have registered to our team website at Swimtopia. If you already have an account from past seasons, make sure to update it for the current season (2024). The system will not let you sign up for meets if you missed this step. Please email me if you have any questions or issues!
