Hello Parents!! Today is a big day for our 11 and Up Swimmers! Here are some details to keep in mind regarding tonight's meet:

• The meet location is at 4100 Homestead Court, Prairie Village, KS, USA.
• Volunteers need to be at the pool by 4:45 - 5:00 P.M., swimmers need to check in by 5:15 P.M. with a J Coach (please make sure the check out if they want to leave the meet!).
• We still need one more stroke and turn judge to sign up!
• Warm ups will be at 5:30 P.M.
• Please See our Swim Meet Guide here before departing for the meet!
• Our volunteer check in is at our crash site.
• We are still limiting spectators to one parent per swimmer for both teams.
• The Meet Entries are attached, and the heat sheets will be sent out this afternoon. 

Some of you have emailed me about the probable stormy weather conditions tonight, please be advised that we will determine whether the meet will continue, be delayed or be cancelled at 6:00 P.M. Until then, please assume that the meet will proceed as planned.
